Colorado School of Mines gives every undergraduate access to AI tools through their institutional Google account, and students in any major can earn a Robotics and Intelligent Systems minor that weaves machine learning and autonomous systems directly into their degree.
Mines' Trefny Center faculty intensives on human-centered AI have reshaped how professors teach with the technology across campus, and the Engineering and Technology Management program has reworked roughly 86 percent of its coursework to incorporate AI, giving even business-minded Mines students hands-on exposure.
