Privacy Policy

AIREDEX operates the website at airedex.ai (the "Site"). This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it. We collect minimal data and do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide when using forms on the Site:

• Email address -- when you subscribe to AIREDEX updates, submit a school request, or submit a counselor, press, or other inquiry.
• School name and role -- when you submit a school scoring request, so we can prioritize research and notify you when scoring is complete.
• Message content -- optional, when included in inquiry forms.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics tools on this Site.

Email addresses collected via the subscribe form are used solely to send AIREDEX updates: new school scores, ranking updates, and annual AI Readiness Report notifications.

Email addresses collected via inquiry forms are used to respond to your specific inquiry. They are not added to our subscriber list without your separate consent.

School request submissions are used internally to prioritize our research pipeline. We will email you when the school you requested has been scored.

We use the following third-party services to operate the Site. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf under their respective terms:

• Supabase -- cloud database hosting subscriber and school request data. Data is stored on infrastructure operated by Supabase, Inc. See supabase.com/privacy.
• Resend -- transactional email delivery for welcome and notification emails. See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Formspree -- form submission handling for counselor, press, and inquiry forms. See formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

Subscriber email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. School request submissions are retained for operational purposes and deleted upon request. Inquiry form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond.

If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or California, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@airedex.ai with the subject line "Data Request." We will respond within 30 days.

To unsubscribe from AIREDEX emails, reply to any email with "Unsubscribe" in the subject, or email info@airedex.ai directly.

This Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us at info@airedex.ai and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
