Kennesaw State University
GA · AI Readiness #124 of 227
AIREDEX™ Score: 6.8 /10
KSU became the first university in Georgia to offer both a bachelor's and a master's degree in artificial intelligence, with the B.S. in AI launching in Fall 2026 on the Marietta Campus and online through the College of Computing and Software Engineering.
KSU undergrads can pair that degree with a campus-wide Microsoft Copilot deployment, faculty-sponsored access to a 48-GPU NVIDIA A100 cluster launched in Fall 2025, and an AI Ethics Lab co-founded with Equifax that gives students exposure to real-world responsible AI research. The Radow College of Humanities and Social Sciences offers a graduate certificate in AI and Writing Technologies, and the Center for Applied Computing and the Center for Data Science and Analytics both run active AI research programs that undergraduate students can join. KSU's AI footprint spans every college on campus, putting it ahead of most Georgia peers in undergraduate AI access.
