AIREDEX™ Score: 3.9 /10
Ohio U launched the state's first Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence in fall 2024, giving Bobcats a standalone AI degree built around deep learning and statistical learning courses and a two-semester project designing a practical AI system.
Ohio U's writing program is midway through a three-year plan to bring AI-supported research and composing into its courses, starting with the ENG 1510 foundations course and continuing into advanced options like ENG 2800. The College of Business weaves AI through more than 30 of its learning communities, and Digital Art and Technology students have used the Ohio Supercomputer Center's AI tools to create original artwork for display in the center's Columbus data center.
