FL · AI Readiness #49 of 227
AIREDEX™ Score: 8.3 /10
USF launched the Bellini College of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Computing in 2025, among the first colleges in the nation to unite AI, cybersecurity, and computing under one roof, enrolling more than 3,000 undergraduates across 15 degree programs.
Bulls undergrads can pursue a dedicated B.S. in Artificial Intelligence, a B.S. in Artificial Intelligence and Business Analytics, or one of three new interdisciplinary computing degrees pairing AI with criminology, business, and social sciences launching Fall 2026. A competitive Student Ambassador Program trains undergrads to build real AI tools for university departments. The one area to watch: USF has not yet launched a standalone undergraduate AI minor for students outside computing; one is in development but not expected until 2027.
